Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the US.
How do you ship?
All orders are shipped Canada Post untracked letterman unless you order Preen Festival feather earrings. All feather earrings are shipped with a tracking number and are insured.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $4.00 CAD flat rate for all Wonderland jewellery. All Preen Festival Fashion feather earrings are shipped by tracked Canada Post with insurance. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Please contact us if you need to expedite your shipment and we will do our best to arrange alternate shipping options for you.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact us if there is a problem with your order or items.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Our jewellery is made with stainless steel and is hypoallergenic and can be worn directly on the skin.
What is your jewellery made from?
All of our jewellery is made of stainless steel which can go in water and doesn’t tarnish, rust, or corrode.

Can I order your jewellery for my retail store?
Absolutely! Please visit our wholesale application page if you're a new retailer or log into your wholesale account from our wholesale page.
Can I place wholesale orders in person?
You sure can! Please visit our wholesale events page to find us at a trade show near you.
How much is wholesale shipping?
All wholesale orders are shipped with Canada Post for a flat rate of $24.99 CAD.
